Take a movie in mkv, copy the video, copy the soundtracks FR if they are in DTS and AC3, encode the FR soundtracks in AC3 if they are in another format like AAC or E-AC3 and keep DTS FR but encode it in Ac3 too and finally keep all the subtitles.
